Birthday Gift

Tried smaller shadow box...came out better than before...
This time feel pretty satisfied with the coverage of the frame...by using different types of flowers

Wanted to make a sunflower.... guess the below one looks like one...
Made it using dark centered quilling strips...

Used the two double fringed flowers of buff color and red color combination...

Used daisy punch for the flowers below...

Found a tutorial on pinterest to make the below flowers

And now the complete one...

One can hang it on the wall of office desk as below...

Quilled Frame - Shadow Box

A gift for a special friend...

Used two tone double fringed flower with combed leaves, punched flowers, and fringed flowers.

Whomever I gifted quilled cards, I could feel a desire in them to keep those under display...

So I thought of trying this shadow box which I saw made by various quillers...
Didn't come out well at all...
Gonna try to improve next time...

Also prepared a cover made of transparent plastic sheet to protect it from dust... Pics were pathetic...not uploading them

Need to improve on the part where one can insert pics too...

Valentines Day Card...

A Valentines Day card made on request from a colleague...
Flowers are prepared from Two Tone 3 mm quilling strips from Hobby ideas. Lenght is 12 cm.
Swirls are crimped using a crimper...
I always like to add few rhine stones. They add an extra beauty to your work...

Spread happiness with simple quilling techniques ... :)
